La. Landlord Disputes Arbitration Ruling In $7M Claim

A New Orleans property owner says a Louisiana federal judge incorrectly found a group of 11 insurers immune to an arbitration prohibition for insurance contracts under state law, urging the court to amend its order forcing the parties to arbitrate a $7 million Hurricane Ida damage claim.
